Your Role As a Datacom Developer / Lead Manager , you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced Layer 3 (L3) and datacom features. You?ll contribute to protocol implementation, design reviews, and ensure high-quality networking solutions for next-generation platforms. In this role, you will: Design and develop L3/datacom features with adherence to protocol standards. Work on protocols such as ISIS, BGP, BFD, and MPLS. Contribute to design and review processes for networking solutions. Collaborate on projects involving Netconf and Linux Kernel Forwarding. Your Profile Strong design knowledge for L3/datacom features. Good understanding of datacom protocol standards. Very strong in C programming. Working knowledge of protocols: ISIS, BGP, BFD, MPLS. Hands-on experience with Linux Kernel Forwarding. Project experience with Netconf. Ability to contribute effectively to design and review processes.
