Job DescriptionWe are seeking Databricks Data Engineers to join a Big Four data modernization team delivering high-performance analytics and data platforms.
The role involves building scalable data pipelines, optimizing Spark workloads, and supporting enterprise analytics initiatives across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop data pipelines using Databricks
- Build scalable Spark workflows using PySpark / Spark SQL
- Develop Delta Lake–based data architectures
- Translate business data requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
- 3–10 years of experience in data engineering roles
- Strong experience with Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Delta Lake
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Consultant / Senior Consultant profiles only
- 60–90 days notice period candidates are acceptable
- Mandatory in-person interview availability in Bhubaneswar
- Interview Date: Saturday, 7th February
- 3 interview rounds conducted on the same day
- Same-day offer for shortlisted candidates
