Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to manage Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring high performance, security, and availability across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases
Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) configurations
Perform backups, restores, and recovery operations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance
Execute database upgrades, migrations, and patching
Implement database standards, security, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to support business applications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in database administration
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Strong experience in HA/DR and clustering
Proven expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting
Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure) are a plus
Oracle database knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills
