Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Typist located in Reasi at the University of Jammu. The primary responsibilities of the Data Typist include accurately inputting and maintaining data in digital formats, managing documents and records, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data. The role also involves collaborating with team members to address data-related tasks and supporting administrative operations when needed. Qualifications

Proficiency in typing and strong computer literacy, including knowledge of standard office software
Administrative assistance skills for managing documentation and organizational tasks
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Customer service skills to address inquiries and maintain professional interactions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Relevant work experience or certification in data entry or a related field is preferred
Educational qualifications of a high school diploma or equivalent
