Project Management, Documentation, and Training: Formalize deployment activities into comprehensive toolkits and standard operating procedures to facilitate future projects. Track progress, monitor risks, and implement corrective actions proactively. Ensure all data activities are well-documented and compliant with program standards. Provide ongoing training and support to data owners, capturing lessons learned to foster continuous improvement.
