We are urgently seeking an experienced Data Test Engineer (Senior Test Engineer level) to lead testing strategy and execution for data-driven environments involving Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. The ideal candidate must be strong in ETL/data pipeline testing, SQL/Python, automation integration, and JIRA/X-Ray test management. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional data, BI, and platform teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant data solutions. ?????? ???????????????????????????????? ?? Develop detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ETL workflows (Databricks, ADF, SQL, Blob). ?? Execute manual and automated testing of data pipelines, transformations, and BI dashboards. ?? Build SQL and Python-based test scripts for advanced data validation. ?? Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. ?? Manage defects via JIRA and maintain testing artefacts using X-Ray. ?? Deliver test summary and compliance reports with on-time signoff. ?? Maintain test artefact version control using GitHub/Bitbucket. ?? Mentor junior QA members; collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ?? Drive continuous QA improvements, automation enhancements, and process optimisation. ???????????????? ???????????? & ???????????????????????????? ?? Minimum 5+ years of ETL/data pipeline testing experience. ?? Strong knowledge of Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Power BI testing. ?? Experience with X-Ray, JIRA, GitHub/Bitbucket, and Jenkins CI/CD. ?? Proficiency in SQL and Python; exposure to BDD frameworks. ?? Experience with performance testing for data warehouses and BI dashboards. ?? Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and tools like Robot Framework, Selenium. ?? Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and documentation skills. ?? Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
