Must have skills : Data Analytics Good to have skills : Data Architecture Principles Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: This role requires a data professional with deep experience in data integration, cloud architecture, and data analytics. The primary responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using the Fivetran platform. The ideal candidate will be an expert in moving data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse, ensuring data quality, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. Key responsibilities: Data integration and pipeline management: Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Fivetran to extract, load, and transform data from diverse sources like applications, databases, and APIs. Cloud data warehousing: Manage and optimize data models and data warehouses on cloud platforms, including performance tuning and schema design. Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives. Technical support and troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance and assistance to ensure the successful adoption of Fivetran. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with connectors or data ingestion. Documentation and governance: Maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and workflows, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Cross-functional partnership: Work with sales, engineering, and product teams to share feedback and drive continuous improvement of the Fivetran ecosystem. Skills and qualifications: Proven experience in data engineering, data integration, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience configuring and managing Fivetran connectors for data integration. Proficiency in SQL scripting and a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. Experience with a major cloud platform -Azure. Knowledge of data transformation tools such as dbt. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working with various databases, both on-premise and in the cloud (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
