Responsibilities of Position:
ERP and MES Performance Management
*Ensures the quality of the local data in all systems (e.g. Tiscam (MES), SAP (ERP), IPB (APS), …)
*Monitor iDocs between ERP and MES and follow-up with stakeholders (Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, Engineering, Planning)
*Identifies Root Causes of data issues that impact business results, and implements corrective actions
*Follow existing Data Monitoring plan to meet OPEX standards.
*Create local master data & follow modification workflow (creation of Part Numbers, …)
*Collaborate across departments to identify best practices

Additional roles
*Supports the local users (coaching, training, reporting…) and IS (integration, fixing issues, migration, archiving…) for data related topics
*Support the planning team for cycle counts and inventories, and ensure data are matching across systems.
*Report & follow Aging Work Orders with stakeholders.
*Close Work Orders ensuring all parts were delivered & issued appropriately to limit variances, correct as needed prior close.
*Travel may be required
*Perform other related duties as required

Global Team Member
*Builds relations with the global Data Site Leaders network and gives feedback on local activities
*Proposes ways of improvement and proactively participates in the resolution of issues
*Contributes to the definition of the global data processes
*Contributes to the definition of the global data quality plan of audit, indicators, rules, and policies

Experience/Education/Certificates Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of practical experience with demonstrated abilities in problem solving
*SAP experience
*Tiscam & IBP experience is a plus
*SQL Data base experience preferred
*Demonstrated Project Management Experience
