Job Description
Role Summary : We are looking for Data Scientists. This role involves performing extensive statistical analysis (both descriptive and prescriptive), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and working with LLM Models. Candidate needs to be proficient in SQL, Python, Excel and have a solid understanding of Data Structures. Additionally, strong logical reasoning and business acumen are essential, with a preference for experience in the HR domain. Key Responsibilities Build supervised/ unsupervised and forecasting models Perform extensive statistical analysis on large datasets. Handle/roll-up large datasets Carve out insights from huge datasets using Python/SQL. Create simulators/ scenario models Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements. Present project outcomes using appropriate tools/applications. Collaborate with multiple functions to gather data.
