Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Data Scientist specializing in sports analytics. As a Data Scientist at Statslane, you will work on developing data-driven insights by analyzing sports performance metrics, creating data models, and visualizing patterns from game videos. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize data science and analytics tools, and contribute to enhancing our platform’s features and performance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of sports and technology while gaining hands-on experience in the integration of AI and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Science and Data Analysis
• Strong foundation in Computer vision, Statistics and Data Analytics
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledge of data processing and cleaning techniques
• Interest in sports or experience in sports-related data analysis is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
