Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy scalable NLP/ML models for real-world applications. Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) using techniques such as LoRA, PEFT, or QLoRA. Work with transformer-based architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA, T5, etc.). Develop GenAI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code following best practices. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions. Evaluate model performance and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and performance metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) using Python. Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including text preprocessing, embeddings, NER, and sentiment analysis. Proficiency in ML libraries: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with GenAI concepts, including prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn new tools and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Skills Theoretical or practical experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, RPA, or related domains. Certifications in Data Science, AI/ML, Business Analysis, or Project Management from recognized institutions. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). Key Technical Focus Areas Deep Learning & Transformer Architectures: Experience working with advanced deep learning models and transformer-based architectures. Prompt Engineering & GenAI Pipelines: Skilled in prompt engineering, training LLMs, and preparing GenAI pipelines. Practical experience integrating LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude with context-aware capabilities using RAG or fine-tuning techniques. Model Evaluation & Alignment: Expertise in evaluating and aligning models using appropriate performance metrics to measure and improve accuracy. Data Curation & RAG Preprocessing: Proficient in data sourcing, curation, and preprocessing for RAG workflows and LLM pipeline development. Scalable Deployment & Tooling: Hands-on experience with scalable deployment, API development, and logging tools. Proficient in Flask, Django, FastAPI, Docker containerization, and Kubeflow. Frameworks & Optimization: Familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, Hugging Face Transformers, and LoRA, with a sound understanding of cost-to-performance trade-offs in large-scale model deployment.
