About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our team and help solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights. This role blends analytics, business intelligence, and advanced data science, giving you the opportunity to drive insights at every level - from operational reporting to predictive modeling. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working end-to-end with data: extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets, designing intuitive dashboards, generating actionable insights for business stakeholders, and building scalable machine learning models to improve decision-making.?? Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Business Intelligence Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within financial datasets Generate actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making across product, risk, and operations teams Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate business assumptions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics Reporting & Visualization Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for various stakeholders Create automated reporting solutions to track business performance and operational metrics Present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Maintain and optimize existing reporting infrastructure Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics Design, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning models for various fintech applications (fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation, risk assessment) Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning Deploy models into production environments and monitor model performance Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems What We?re Looking For Must-Have: 2?4+ years of experience in business analytics / data science or a related role. Strong SQL skills for querying large-scale datasets. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and ML modeling. Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for reporting/dashboarding. Solid understanding of statistics, data visualization best practices, and hypothesis testing. Experience with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice-to-Have: Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Exposure to MLOps / model deployment pipelines. Background in fintech, credit risk, or lending analytics.
