Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists (multiple positions) to work on predictive analytics use cases for a leading Aluminum and Copper manufacturing client. The role involves building advanced machine learning models to drive data-driven decision-making across production, operations, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive analytics models for industrial and operational use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Conduct model validation, evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Interpret model outputs and communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and management.
• Implement optimization techniques to improve process efficiency and performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and model governance standards are followed.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling techniques (regression, classification, time-series forecasting, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.) or R.
• Experience in model evaluation metrics and interpretation methods.
• Exposure to optimization techniques is an added advantage.
• Experience working with manufacturing or industrial data is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
