We are looking for a creative Data Scientist to join our team! An extremely important role for our success. As a member of the development team, your responsibilities will include transfer learning and training LLMs. Ideal candidates will have a strong data science background and can help us build/fine-tune in-house LLMs. You'll have the opportunity to work with large-scale data sets and turn your insights into real products. You'll be an integral part in how we understand user behavior, identify and recommend product opportunities, which are all critical to how we can scale our ever-growing user base.? Responsibilities: Modifies and analyzes complex data sets using analytics techniques such as machine learning, statistical analysis, Natural Language Processing, identifing modeling attributes and parameters. Applies algorithms to create descriptive, predictive or prescriptive models to achieve analysis and project deliverables. Investigates data characteristics, complexity, quality, and meaning. Through visualizations and summarizations, defines performance, identifies trends, outliers, and drivers. Prepares data for analysis, e.g. cleansing, conditioning, transforming, handling missing fields, identifying new feature variables and handling multi-variate data. Fine-tune LLM for NLP, multi-labeling, image detection, emotion detection, etc. Required Skills: 1-3 years of industry experience in data science developing ML Models for NLP . 1-2 years of experience in fine-tuning and training LLM . Experience of building NLP Models for Topic Modeling, Multi-labeling data science solutions. Experience in relevant programming languages (e.g. Python) Experience within the Python Data Science ecosystem - NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter, etc. Experience in AWS cloud. Developing and deploying applications in the cloud. MS in Data Science Past experience with startups and a fast-paced environment is an added advantage. Provide a link to a Github that showcases your work. ? Preferred Requirements: MS in Data Science from IIT/NIT Experience building deep neural networks to production. Experience in AWS, Google cloud, Azure. Experience with large volume data processing systems. Experience with Agile software development. Good knowledge of Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL and relational database schema design.
