Overview Of The Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing Data Science Squad. This role is critical to driving data-led innovation across Flutter brands and functions and shaping how we embed intelligence into products, platforms, and decision-making. You?ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, create reusable ML components, and deliver measurable business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Build, test, and deploy ML models using Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools. Help maintain and deploy machine learning models through CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability. Analyze large-scale structured/unstructured data to identify insights and patterns. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where data science can drive business impact. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers in a squad-based setup. Help design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to measure model and product performance. TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A bachelor?s degree in technology (B.Tech) or an equivalent STEM discipline, with 2 to 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist Proficiency in Python programming language and a deep understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques. Experience manipulating large datasets using SQL and Pyspark. Knowledge of model delivery lifecycle. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Databricks experience preferred but any ML platform experience is very relevant Experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B tests) to measure model or product performance. Hands-on experience in ML Techniques, such as tree-based learners, deep learning (e.g. CNNs, RNNs, GNNs & Transformers), reinforcement learning and/or unsupervised methods.
