ML, NLP, GenAI/LLM/RAG) **Only immediate Joiners Position: Data Scientist Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science Location: Hybrid[Gurgaon/ Bangalore] Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with at least 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Classical Machine Learning, extensive experience in NLP, and recent, practical experience working with Generative AI, LLMs (including LLaMA), and RAG-based architectures. You will be responsible for building end-to-end AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities Develop, evaluate, and optimize Classical ML models such as: Random Forest, XGBoost Clustering (K-Means, DBSCAN) Segmentation techniques Build, fine-tune, and maintain NLP models for tasks like text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, summarization, topic modeling, and document processing. Work with LLMs and Generative AI models (LLaMA, GPT, Mistral, etc.) including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and experimentation. Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems?document chunking, embedding generation, vector database integration, and retrieval logic. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML solutions. Conduct comprehensive data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science (mandatory). Solid experience with Classical Machine Learning techniques and tools. Extensive, practical experience with Natural Language Processing, including modern libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, and Gensim. Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models, including: LLaMA, GPT, Mistral or similar models Fine-tuning and prompt engineering Proven experience building RAG pipelines with vector databases like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or Weaviate. Strong proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating end-to-end AI prototypes or applications.
