Data Scientist - Deep/Machine Learning

Description We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives, build advanced models, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Python, along with the ability to guide junior team members and manage end-to-end data science projects. Key Responsibilities Formulate, propose, and manage data-driven projects aligned with business objectives. Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling. Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models. Ensure model robustness through cross-validation and scalability checks. Produce clear non-technical reports summarizing insights, model performance, and Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and advise stakeholders on strategic actions. Guide, mentor, and oversee junior data scientists to support project delivery and capability building. Maintain high-quality documentation of models, processes, and methodologies. Stay updated with evolving trends in data science, ML, NLP, and AI to keep solutions relevant and innovative. Required Qualifications & Skills Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with project ownership. Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Flask, and related ML/AI frameworks. Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and statistical techniques. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data pipelines. Experience working with AWS services or similar cloud platforms. Proven ability to manage and deliver end-to-end data science projects.
