Education Qualification Any Engineering background or and MCA / Any Graduation – Full Time only

Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years total experience, with 2+ years in NLP/LLMs/Machine Learning.
• Strong Python coding skills (must be hands-on).
• Good understanding of Correlation Modeling: Coefficients. Ability to identify non-linear and monotonic relationships.
• Understands Time-Series Feature Engineering:
• Proven experience with Lang Chain, LlamaIndex, and other agentic frameworks.
• Practical experience with both proprietary (OpenAI) and open-source LLMs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building, not theory
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agents for automation and workflow optimization.
• Develop reusable components aligned with our tech stack primarily Azure.
• Work hands-on with Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Leverage OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).
• Prepare and process structured/unstructured datasets for fine-tuning or training models.
• Enable scalable solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and manage the lifecycle coordinating with MLOps best practices.
• Perform statistical analysis and correlational modelling on datasets.
• Stay up to date with the latest GenAI/LLM advancements and apply them to real-world problems.
