Duties Overview We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will design and deliver bespoke analytical solutions that address our clients? most pressing challenges. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis to develop innovative models and approaches that generate measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead engagements focused on building advanced, customized analytical solutions for clients. Apply advanced data analysis skills to create innovative approaches that answer critical client questions. Prepare complex data analyses and models to solve client problems and deliver tangible results. Act as an analytics translator, bridging communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. Collaborate closely with data engineers and contribute to the design and development of data analytics tools. Skills Required Skills & Experience Minimum 12 years of experience with advanced statistical and data mining techniques (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks). Strong background in working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL). Proficiency in additional programming languages is a plus (Python, C++, Java). Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex analytical concepts. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong problem?solving abilities, including issue disaggregation, root cause identification, and solution recommendation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, build strong relationships, and foster followership. Results?driven achiever with strong people skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Experience in applying advanced analytical techniques combined with industry knowledge to help clients maximize value from data. Education Bachelor's degree in quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field required. Advanced degree is a strong plus
