Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from problem framing through deployment
  • Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning and early GenAI solutions
  • Apply prompt design and basic RAG workflows for LLM-powered use cases
  • Partner with engineering on production deployment, monitoring, and iteration
  • Communicate technical results to product and business stakeholders
  • Mentor junior data scientists through code and modeling reviews
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on ML experience in applied or production settings
  • Experience working with large structured or unstructured datasets
  • Exposure to cloud-based ML platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Solid proficiency in Python and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • 1+ years of Claude experience
  • Experience with LLMs, GenAI, or NLP systems
  • Healthcare or regulated-domain experience
  • Familiarity with MLOps concepts such as CI/CD, monitoring, or experiment tracking
