Role Description As a full-time Data Science Trainer based on-site in Delhi, you will design and deliver instructor-led training on core data science concepts, tools, and workflows. You will prepare and update curriculum materials, including lesson plans, slide decks, coding exercises, case studies, and assessments aligned with industry practices. On a daily basis, you will conduct interactive classroom sessions, guide learners through hands-on projects, provide feedback on assignments, and support students in problem-solving. You will monitor learner progress, maintain training records, and collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course content and teaching methods. The role also involves staying current with developments in data science, participating in internal training, and contributing to workshops, seminars, and demo sessions for prospective learners.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to connect concepts to real-world data science applications.
• Proficiency in Mathematics relevant to data science, such as statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Background in Physics or related quantitative fields that supports analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Qualified Teacher status or equivalent teaching credentials, with demonstrated experience in classroom or training environments.
• Experience in Lesson Planning, including designing structured modules, learning outcomes, and assessments for technical subjects.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, SQL, machine learning libraries) and the ability to teach them clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a learner-centric, inclusive, and patient teaching style.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple batches, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Prior experience in an edtech or professional training environment is preferred.
