Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced Data Science & Generative AI Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training programs.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong foundation in Data Science & Machine Learning
• Practical exposure to Generative AI tools & LLM-based applications
• Ability to mentor students with real-world projects
• Good communication and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Curriculum Design & Delivery

• Deliver structured training on:
• Python for Data Science
• Statistics & Mathematics for M
• Machine Learning Algorithms
• Deep Learning advanced models like ANN & CNN
• NLP
• Generative AI & LLM Concepts
• Update course content based on industry trends

2️⃣ Hands-On Technical Training

Conduct practical sessions on:

• Prompt Engineering
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• LangChain
• OpenAI APIs
• Hugging Face Transformers
• Model fine-tuning basics
• AI application development

3️⃣ Project Mentoring

• Guide students in capstone & real-time projects
• Support end-to-end AI/ML project development
• Help students build strong portfolios

4️⃣ Student Assessment & Support

• Conduct assignments & evaluations
• Provide one-on-one feedback
• Prepare students for technical interviews

5️⃣ Academic Collaboration

• Work with the academic team to improve the curriculum
• Contribute to workshops, seminars & special AI events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with:
• NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Scikit-Learn
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• NLP techniques
• Hands-on exposure to:
• LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.)
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG-based applications
• LangChain
• Understanding of model deployment basics
• Good presentation & mentoring skills
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production-level AI projects
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Prior classroom or corporate training experience
• Industry certifications in AI/ML

🔹 Part-Time (Nanakramguda Only)

• Flexible schedule, Compensation Options: Hourly Pay, Monthly Fixed, or Revenue Sharing Model (Based on batch strength & performance)
