Commission: $27 $32 per hour

What You will Be Doing

• Design challenging data science and machine learning tasks based on real-world workflows
• Evaluate model outputs and provide detailed feedback on correctness, efficiency, and reasoning quality
• Develop evaluation frameworks for statistical reasoning, ML pipelines, and analytical workflows
• Create accurate, well-documented solutions that serve as high-quality ground truth data
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve consistency and technical accuracy in training data

What We are Looking For

• Strong experience in data science, machine learning, data engineering, or software engineering
• Strong experience in statistical modeling, programming, data analysis, or LLM workflows
• Demonstrable career progression in technical or analytical domains
• Ability to commit to full-time weekday availability throughout the engagement
• Experience with data annotation, evaluation, or human feedback workflows is a plus
• Strong written communication and technical documentation skills
