As part of our Analytics and Insights Consumption team, you?ll analyze data to drive useful insights for clients to address core business issues or to drive strategic outcomes. You'll use visualization, statistical and analytics models, AI/ML techniques, Modelops and other techniques to develop these insights. Years of Experience: Candidates with 4+ years of hands on experience Must Have Skilled in optimizing systems and user experiences through advanced modeling and analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and improving overall efficiency and retention across global markets Experienced in applying predictive and prescriptive analytics to enhance system performance, leveraging machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, and improve overall processes Strong understanding of transactional data and relational databases for detailed analysis,creating interactive visualizations, and conducting ad-hoc inquiries to drive insights and decision-making Solid understanding of statistics, including statistical tests, and distributions relevant to user payments journey analysis, funnel analysis, AB testing and product services optimization Experience in data analysis, including data cleansing, standardization, and preparation for machine learning applications within digital payment systems Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow, Pytorch, MLlib) 4+ years? experience in advanced programming skills in SQL and Python/Pyspark, especially in the context of large-scale transactional data Expertise with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Hydra) and MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) to analyze and communicate insights effectively Nice To Have Experience in building ML models in cloud environments (At least 1 of the 3: Azure ML, GCP?s Vertex AI platform, AWS SageMaker) Experience in applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance customer service automation, fraud detection, and transaction analysis within digital payment systems, utilizing NLP techniques for text-based insights and decision-making Good Communication and presentation skills Professional And Educational Background BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech /Master?s Degree /MBA
