Data Science Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 data analysts and scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Oversee the development of predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and actionable analytics for solving real-world problems.
• Contribute hands-on (~25% of the time) to critical tasks, including data analysis, building machine learning models, and coding in Python and SQL.
• Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and apply statistical methods to derive insights and validate strategies.
• Ensure the team delivers high-impact dashboards, reports, and insights to stakeholders.

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Proven experience in building and deploying data science models and solving business problems using analytics.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
