What You Will Do Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of generative AI solutions across multiple business domains. Manage and mentor a team of analysts and associates, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of AI initiatives with strategic goals. Evaluate emerging technologies and guide the organization?s generative AI roadmap. Present complex AI concepts and results to executive leadership and clients in a compelling and business-relevant manner. What you?ll bring 6 to 8 years of professional work experience Over 3 years of working experience in AI Extensive experience in developing and leading generative AI projects from concept to deployment. Expert-level knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI methodologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Python and advanced AI tools and platforms. Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and scalable AI systems. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives. Good to have: Experience in a leadership role within a consulting or enterprise environment. Recognized thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or open-source contributions.
