As a Data Science Business Analyst (Healthcare) - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to help solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use these moments as opportunities to grow, asking questions when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision making
• Conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis to inform strategic decisions and solve complex business problems
• Developing and implementing statistical models to enhance predictive capabilities and support client objectives
• Creating data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights
• Utilizing programming languages such as R, C++, and MATLAB to build and optimize data science workflows
• Applying machine learning algorithms and neural networks to improve data mining and modeling processes
• Managing data pipelines and confirming data quality within analytics frameworks
• Engaging with clients to build meaningful relationships and anticipate their needs in complex situations
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in the application of data science techniques and methodologies
  
  

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
