Role Description The Data Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to markets, technology solutions, and client projects to support business decisions and service delivery. Day-to-day work includes conducting data and market research, building and maintaining datasets, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparing clear reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams and leadership. The analyst collaborates with project managers, technical staff, and external partners to identify data requirements, validate information, and provide insights that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, documenting methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement of data and research processes.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Data Research and Market Research skills to gather, validate, and interpret information from multiple sources.
  • Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to identify patterns, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings, create documentation, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant skills such as proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms), and experience with reporting and visualization are beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Economics) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are important.
