Role Description The Data Research Analyst role at Ethans Tech LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Data Research Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and generate insights to support business decisions and training programs. Responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, preparing reports and dashboards, and presenting findings in a clear, structured manner to internal stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with academic and industry experts to identify trends in technology education, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The Data Research Analyst will regularly document methodologies, maintain research databases, and contribute to continuous improvement of data-driven processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Data Research and Market Research skills to gather, verify, and interpret information from diverse sources.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present complex data in accessible formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with statistical concepts or tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
• Prior experience in education, training, or IT services domains is an advantage.
