Job Description
Role And Responsibilities: ? Manage Data Principal Access Requests (DPARs) and other rights requests from data principals, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws. ? Coordinate with internal departments and cross function stakeholders (Legal, IT, HR, etc.) to gather necessary information for fulfilling requests. ? Maintain detailed records of all requests and responses, ensuring audit readiness. ? Develop and update procedures for handling data principal rights requests and grievance requests. ? Define and implement escalation protocols for unresolved or complex Data Principal Rights requests. ? Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average response time, SLA adherence rate, and request volume trends. ? Define & operationalize metrics/KPIs for tracking request volumes, resolution times, and compliance ? Provide training and guidance to employees on handling?data principal rights. ? Monitor regulatory developments and update internal?processes accordingly. ? Simulate DSARs requests and identify areas of improvements ? Monitor SLAs for responding to Data Principal Rights and take appropriate actions in case of any breach in SLAs ? Support investigations into complaints or breaches related to data principal rights.
