Data Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Manager based in Nagpur. The Data Manager will be responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing company data to support operational efficiency and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining data accuracy, implementing data security protocols, preparing reports, overseeing data input and storage processes, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The role requires working closely with various departments to provide actionable insights, streamlining data workflows, and coordinating database maintenance activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and interpret large data sets
• Experience in database management, including data entry, data validation, and data security practices
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other database management systems
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaborating across teams
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
