Khan Academy is available in Hindi, Hinglish, Kannada, Gujarati, Bangla, Tamil, Punjabi, Marathi and Assamese. About The Role We are seeking a Data Management Associate to drive the creation of various reports and data views that are important to run the programme. We are looking for someone who is proficient in working with Google Sheets/MS Excel, is passionate about working with data and obsessed with presenting valuable data-based insights. The individual will be responsible for regularly maintaining all data trackers used to guide our decisions during programme implementation. They will work closely with the rest of the members of the schools team to understand the requirements and create data-views that can help empower the schools team members for internal or external meetings. Please note that this is a 12 months contract role. Job Responsibilities Create state level, district level, block level and school level data views required to measure success of our programmes in all partnerships with State government Weekly maintenance of the data trackers to ensure up-to-date data Maintain weekly data trackers that support our partner?s needs and always ensure up-to-date data Pre-processing and cleaning up of raw school data before uploading to our internal systems Creating aggregate data views of the support team data and training team data that can be presented for analysis Download and maintain raw data dumps and perform time based analysis for certain success metrics of our programmes Other ad-hoc data analysis/ MIS based tasks as required Perks And Benefits We may be a non-profit, but we reward our talented team like a for-profit.
