Hiring: Banking Operations Associate | Bangalore | US Night Shift

Experience: 6 Months – 1+ Years

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

Shift: US Night Shift (Mandatory)

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, etc.)
• 6 months to 1+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Back Office Operations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Willing to work in US Night Shift

Mandatory Skills

• Banking / Financial Services / Back Office Operations experience
• Typing speed of 30–35 WPM with 98%+ accuracy
• Alphabetical and 10-Key numerical data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on multiple applications simultaneously
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in quality checking or back-office processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality-focused mindset with high accuracy
