We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our factory operations, inventory tracking, and production reporting systems.

Job Responsibilities

Production Data Entry

• Enter daily production data for:
• Fabric Rolls
• Cutting
• Stitching
• Packing
• Dispatch
• Maintain accurate stage-wise inventory records

Inventory Tracking

• Update inward and outward stock movement
• Track production quantities and shortages
• Verify physical stock with system records
• Maintain barcode/scanner-based entries (if applicable)

System Updates

• Update Excel sheets, Google Sheets, and Tally ERP
• Maintain daily MIS reports
• Coordinate with supervisors for pending entries
• Ensure timely completion of all production reports

Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Store team
• Cutting department
• Stitching department
• Packing department
• Accounts & management team

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good numerical understanding
• Ability to handle large volumes of entries
• Basic understanding of inventory systems

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in factory/manufacturing environment preferred
• Textile/garment/manufacturing background preferred
• Comfortable working on shop floor and coordinating with workers
• Hindi speaking preferred

Qualification

• Graduate preferred
• Commerce background preferred

Experience

• 1–5 years experience in Data Entry / Inventory / Production MIS

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience and capability)

Important

This is NOT a basic office-only data entry role.

The candidate must coordinate with factory departments and maintain accurate production and inventory records on a daily basis.
