Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Skills required: 

• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Excel; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy and minimal errors.
• Ability to communicate clearly with logistics vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter invoice numbers, quantities, item codes, and vendor details into the SAP system.
• Cross-check supplier invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy in pricing and quantities.
• Print MRP labels and issue them to vendors as per the operational plan.
• Prepare and maintain records of receiving documents, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and related documentation.
• Liaise with procurement and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and holds.
• Maintain Excel-based reports for invoice holds and non-good (NG) parts.

Eligibility: Freshers preferred and experience up to 2 years can also apply. 

Education Qualification: Any graduate

Travel Required: No

Salary (CTC): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
