Orange Antelopes is seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join ourteam as a Data Entry Operator. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Indore, Madhya Pradesh office, operating on a day shift schedule. We are looking for candidates with up to 2.0 years of relevant experience who possess a keen eye for detail and a strongcommitment to data quality. We have two openings available for this position, offering a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 - 25,000 per annum.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Data Entry Operator will involve a comprehensive range of tasks focused on data management and accuracy. You will be tasked with diligently entering various forms of data from source documentsinto our computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets, including extensive use of MS Excel and GoogleSheets. A significant part of your role will involve verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness, ensuring that all information is precise and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized digital and physical records, adhering to strict organizational skills and filing protocols. Furthermore, you will assist in generating basic reports as required, extracting relevant data to support departmental needs. Upholdingdata confidentiality is paramount, and you will be expected to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and security. This includes performing regular data backups to prevent loss and responding promptly to data-related inquiries from internal teams. Your ability to maintain a hightyping speed and exceptional data accuracy will be essential for success, alongside a solid understanding of basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency to navigate various software and online tools efficiently. You may also utilize MS Word for document creation and editing as part of your routinetasks, ensuring all documentation meets company standards.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and GoogleSheets. A strong typing speed coupled with an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail arenon-negotiable. Essential requirements also include excellent organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and internet proficiency. Crucially, a deep understanding and adherence to data confidentiality principles are expected.
