Role Description The Data Entry Clerk role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dindigul. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and spreadsheets, ensuring information is complete and up to date. Daily tasks include reviewing source documents, verifying data for accuracy, correcting any inconsistencies, and organizing records for easy retrieval. The role also involves generating basic reports, supporting documentation needs for other departments, and maintaining confidentiality of all information handled. The Data Entry Clerk will collaborate with colleagues to clarify data requirements and follow established procedures and timelines.
Qualifications

Qualifications

- Proficiency with spreadsheets and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools).
- Ability to organize, categorize, and maintain records and files in a structured manner.
- Basic numerical skills and comfort working with quantitative information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to clarify and document data requirements.
- Ability to follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and work reliably with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with general office practices; prior experience in data entry or administration is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in computer applications or office administration is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
