Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Optimize ETL workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
- Develop data models and manage SQL Server databases
- Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Qliksense
- Perform advanced data processing using Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark SQL
- Support machine learning by preparing large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
- Monitor pipeline performance and ensure data security & governance
