Job Description

KPI Partners is seeking a talented Data Engineer with expertise in STIBO (STEP) development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that enhance our data management practices and streamline processes. Experience - 3 Years to 6 Years Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain STIBO STEP data models and workflows to ensure high-quality data management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize and maintain existing data integration processes to improve performance and efficiency. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and system performance. Provide support in the development of best practices for data governance and compliance. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in STIBO development practices. Qualifications Proven experience in STIBO (STEP), MDM, Workbench development and implementation. Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and ETL processes. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
