Job Description
Title: Tech Lead ? Data & Analytics Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 10+ Years Role Summary: We?re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong cloud data engineering and architectural experience to drive end-to-end delivery across large-scale data transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery, requirement analysis, and solution design for data platforms. Own delivery across Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and analytics projects with strong focus on quality, security, and best practices. Guide and mentor engineering teams, support development, and contribute to technical problem-solving. Manage stakeholder communication across geographies (US/UK) and support project estimation, planning, and multi-geo delivery. Ensure robust data models, scalable architectures, and efficient data ingestion pipelines. Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with GCP (primary) ; Azure for the alternate role. Multi-cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) is a plus. Expertise in Snowflake , cloud data warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse/Data Mesh architectures. Solid understanding of structured/semi-structured/unstructured data, data modelling, DevOps/DataOps (Git, Docker, Agile). Profile Fit Clear development-to-architecture career progression (not support-focused). Experience delivering 2?3 large cloud transformation or migration projects end-to-end. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
