Make a significant impact in a fast-paced, contract-based engagement. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize robust ETL pipelines using DBT in Snowflake databases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop, test, and maintain scalable data models and datasets to streamline analytics workflows. Write high-quality, efficient SQL and Python code to transform and analyze large datasets. Establish and enforce data quality, governance, and best practices across the data lifecycle. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document data pipeline issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Clearly communicate technical concepts and project progress, both in writing and verbally, within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications 3-8 years of experience as a data engineer, focusing on scalable data infrastructure and analytics solutions. Hands-on expertise in DBT and Snowflake (MUST), with a proven track record in production environments. Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation, manipulation, and analysis. Strong programming skills in Python, including data processing libraries. Experience working in hybrid work environments, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly. Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-paced, contract engagements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data orchestration and workflow tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect). Background in data governance, security, or compliance frameworks. Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-grade data engineering projects.
