Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Py Spark and Python. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and loading for large-scale analytics projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insightful, actionable solutions. Implement data quality checks and ensure integrity and reliability across all data systems. Continuously improve data workflows, automation, and performance tuning for enhanced efficiency. Document data structures, processes, and best practices for technical and non-technical audiences. Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team development activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and complex queries. Advanced coding skills in Python, with practical exposure to Py Spark. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats. Experience working in hybrid or cross-location teams within a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality data solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Background in developing data products or analytical tools for enterprise-level organizations. Relevant certifications in data engineering or big data technologies.
