We are looking for a Data Engineer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, strengthen ETL and data warehouse capabilities, and support analytics and reporting needs across client data initiatives.

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, data warehousing, or analytics engineering
• Strong experience in SQL and database concepts
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Working knowledge of Python / PySpark for data processing and automation
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and data integration patterns
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop
• Experience using VIBE coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Replit, or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of finance or banking domain is preferred
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and error handling in data pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or equivalent computer science graduation
  
  

Your Role

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, optimizing ETL processes, supporting data warehouse enhancements, and enabling reliable analytics and reporting for business and client requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Build and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration
• Work with large datasets across structured and unstructured formats
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and delivery teams to understand data requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, reliability, and performance optimization
• Handle schema changes and evolving data structures across source and target systems
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms in data pipelines
• Support data warehouse and reporting systems for timely analytics delivery
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best-practice implementation
• Contribute to ongoing and upcoming client data initiatives across data engineering and analytics
