F2F Rounds Payroll: TecheEdge Solutions Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong SQL expertise and a solid background in Healthcare Data to support the engineering of Innovaccer?s Data Activation Platform (DAP). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with healthcare standards and data pipelines. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) 1. Data Engineering ???????Expert-level SQL for complex queries, data validation, optimization, and transformation logic. ???????Ability to build and test clinical rules in the DAP data layer. 2. Healthcare Data & Standards ???????Strong working knowledge of FHIR, HL7 , Claims (837/835), EHR fields. ???????Familiarity with ICD, CPT, HCC codes and healthcare quality measures. 3. Compliance & Security ???????Strong understanding of HIPAA , PHI handling, and audit-ready data operations. 4. Process Management ???????Ability to diagnose/fix issues across full data pipelines ? ingestion ? transformation ? UI. ???????Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Preferred Skills ???????MLOps/DataOps Automation: CI/CD pipelines, Git version control. ??????? Python scripting: For automation, validation, and advanced data analysis. ??????? Analytics & Dashboards: Power BI, Tableau, or Innovaccer analytics modules. ???????Knowledge of Chronic Care Management (CCM) , Risk Stratification , HEDIS/Star Ratings . Optional Skills (Good to Have) ???????Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP . ???????Exposure to deploying ML models in healthcare environments. ???????Experience with SOP creation, technical documentation, and team training. ???????Hands-on experience configuring Innovaccer DAP components (Connectors, CDM Mapping, Cohort Builder).
