We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Trainee to join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (1-2 days in-office).

This role is designed to provide hands-on learning by collaborating closely with the consulting team, gaining technical knowledge, and progressively participating in client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training and certification programs on technical tools.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on the implementation of BI solutions.
• Assist with data preparation tasks and initial platform configurations under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Gain knowledge of techniques for integrating data from multiple sources.
• Support the design and maintenance of databases and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Work with the consulting team to understand business requirements and learn how to translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide basic support to end users.
  
  

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Previous experience in software implementation or similar technical consulting roles.
• Knowledge and experience in SQL and Power BI(Tableau is a plus).
• Familiarity with SCRUM methodology.
• Advanced English proficiency(required).
