Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS Redshift.
- Optimize and manage Redshift clusters for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement data models and schemas to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and AWS technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Tibco Spotfire
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on AWS Redshift.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Strong proficiency in Tibco Spotfire.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Glue.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge on CICD process
- Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Big Data Specialty).
- Experience with other data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
- Understanding of data governance and security practices.
