Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, data workflows, and AI-driven model development . The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing our SaaS platform, optimizing client data processes, and developing analytical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This position requires a balance of technical acumen, analytical thinking, and consultative communication skills. Responsibilities Data Integration & Optimization Design and optimize SQL queries to support data conversion, data integration, reporting, and analytics. Analyze, clean, and transform client data for seamless system integration. Configure and validate data mappings, imports, and exports. Conduct data audits and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Troubleshoot data-related issues during and after implementation. AI & Machine Learning Development Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models using Python or cloud-based AI platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to align AI solutions with client business objectives. Apply data modeling techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering to deliver predictive insights. Collaboration & Implementation Work closely with internal Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into data and AI solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate client feedback and improve system configurations. Document data processes, configurations, and client-specific solutions in detail. Provide technical support and consultation to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Data Science, Analytics, or Professional Services role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation, transformation, and reporting. Experience with data transformation tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Alteryx. Strong understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. Experience working with APIs and data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON. Hands-on experience with data modeling (regression, classification, clustering). Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data science. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders in a consultative capacity. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
