Job Description

Join an international team supporting enterprise master data operations for a global organization. In this role, you will ensure customer and vendor data is accurate, complete, and up to date by validating information through internal systems and external sources. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and contribute to maintaining high-quality master data that supports critical business processes.

Your tasks

Checking and validating customer and vendor master data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Verifying company information using external applications, websites, and public databases
Performing data quality checks and identifying missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records
Updating and maintaining company data using ABB’s internal systems and tools
Communicating with internal requesters through e-mail and Microsoft Teams to clarify data-related queries
Supporting continuous improvement of data quality and cleansing processes
Maintaining proper documentation of completed activities

Requirements

1 year of experience in data validation, data cleansing, or master data management
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Basic understanding of business data processes is an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
