iKure is looking for a smart and analytical professional with a strong background in data, statistics, analytics, and business insights.

This is not a core business development or sales role. The role is meant for someone who can work with data, identify patterns, understand business trends, and support leadership with clear insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse healthcare, market, client, program, and operational data.
• Identify trends, gaps, patterns, and business opportunities from data.
• Prepare dashboards, trackers, presentations, and business insight reports.
• Support leadership and internal teams with data-backed analysis for planning and decision-making.
• Conduct market research, sector mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Convert raw data into simple, useful, and actionable insights.
• Support proposal and grant teams with relevant data, analysis, and evidence.
• Track business pipeline and partnership data from an analytics perspective.
• Work with program, research, technology, and leadership teams to strengthen data-driven decision-making.
• Support healthcare analytics, impact measurement, and business intelligence work.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, analytics, research, business intelligence, consulting support, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong academic or work background in statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools will be preferred.
• Ability to understand business trends from data.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, public health, digital health, AI, or social impact will be an added advantage.
