Job Description

We're looking for Data Associates!

Responsibilities

  • Accurately extract, label, and clean data from English-language emails to maintain high data quality.
  • Monitor and analyze merchant/vendor data trends to detect anomalies or patterns.
  • Categorize email content and identify notable trends across different merchants.
  • Investigate irregularities in data and maintain data consistency.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on data quality standards.
  • Respond to analyst/client requests promptly while ensuring adherence to data security protocols.

Qualifications

  • This is an entry-level position.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
